I like how you took the non valved PCV from the passenger side and connected it to the vac line on the drivers side.

I can't take credit for that really, it was like that when I bought it. When I first noticed it I was like WTF? but since the truck worked fine I left it alone, lol.

Took her for a spin and she feels nice. Defiantly has a extra kick in her step and now I can't wait for the computer to learn the whole setup so she runs better. Must have driven like 30 miles I think...felt good to drive again.

Now I can't wait to do my timing chain next month. I need to remember when I go into work to see if I can take a week off next month and if I can, thats when I do the work on the chain and various other projects.

Please tell me you are replacing the small hose by the intake. And also put a little oil on the injector rings, makes it alot easier. also don't try to put the injector rail on with all the injectors do them single. ALSO watch the pickup coil wire at the back of the manifold. I pinched mine and had to get a new one for 60.00.

Don't put oil on O-rings. Sure, they slide in easy, but, they dry out, and start leaking too..... A non-petroleum based lubricant is best for that little trick.

This is the third thread (at least) where you stated this. How come I've read the complete opposite in service manuals?

No dis-respect but, I have a hard time buying into this argument. On a motor with petroleum products everywhere but, petroleum-based lube will destroy the o-rings? This doesn't sound right to me.

No because the tune he gave me awhile back is good for pretty much all bolt on mods. When/If I have the truck dyno'd he could write me a new tune otherwise I wont be getting a new one unless I replace my cam and heads.
