Start with the obvious and check the fluid level to make sure it isn't low and uncovering the filter and causing a loss of prime.

improper TV cable adjustment, theres a white clip you can use to adjust it, take the clip out, adjust the cable head until there is very little tension at zero throttle, replace clip, make sure it stays in place, check operation of throttle for any binding, if your good, repeat test, if it's still rough, go back take clip out, loosen slightly beyond last adjust (small steps) repeat test until it feels correct, you'll know if it isn't right. If it falls in and out of O/D for no apparent reason your throttle position sensor could be the culprit, and btw, try to remember it's better than a payment on a new truck

bah forgot to tell you the adjustment is made under the hood on the passenger side of the TB, you dont have to remove anything to get to it.

Thanks Monte, I didn't know fill capacities could fluxuate that much.

I'll do some tweaking on the TV cable, I want to thank all you guys for your time, I never could have got this done without your help. I'll let you know how it does today after work. Thanks again.
