You'll need to pull the pan to figure out where you can put the sensor in a stock pan without interfering with the internals. Find a spot and mark that and take the pan to an exhaust shop, they weld bungs onto pipe all the time. Probably do it for a six pack.

i would def stay away from that jb weld method. do it right and have someone weld it in for you. may cost ya 20 or 30. no biggie

Very easy to install, I like it a lot, only complaint is that it blocks the speedo from about 0-25mph.

yea well the weld in bung was 8 bucks vs. 130 for a new pan. so yea... and i used to weld, im sure some jb weld on the inside of the pan and outside the pan will hold it for sure. you would be suprized.

^ I've had jb weld break loose in small pieces on me. I wouldn't feel comfortable driving down the block with that stuff in my pan.

ok fine ill freakin see if i can find shop to weld it in real fast. i wish i was at home in oklahoma where i could do this all myself grrrrrrrrrrrr but i did buy the gauge and pod last night, got the single pod not the whole a-pillar, with the autometer ultra-lite trans gauge. should look pretty sweet.

I wired mine right into piggybacking the transducer. I have to take the pan down again soon so WHEN I DO I'll see if I can show everyone how it's done right. It is a standard thermoresistor that follows the same scale as most other sensors. It's a perfect place to get the best reading.

I take it you used an electrical gauge?
