Got it. Thank You.

Sound reasoning. These trucks aren't exactly designed to support the full weight of a rolling (as in, moving....) truck on the roof. Especially if you roll more than once......

Not to start a fire here, but on the older trucks (97 and earlier) the belts are mounted to the cab, not in the seat. The newer models are integrated in the seat to allow the quad cab rear doors to open since 97 and older CC's didn't have rear doors. Being as RM has a 96, if he's not running a harness he's probably using the factory belts.

Glad to hear your doing it right & welding it!
So your going with the column pod?
Knowing if your going 0-25mph is over rated

Trying to keep on topic but,,,,,,,,,

McWillis is correct, that is what I am using, factory belts that are mounted to the cab.

I do have a pair of harness's, just not in the truck
Still debating the whole bar, cage or neither, not sure if I can cut her up.

Good to know you aren't using harnesses with no cage. Cage or nothing.

You will have to drill and tap the diff, or the cover, for the sending unit for that gauge.

I installed a 2gauge pillar pod first, month later had the 3gauge pod.
You shouldnt have any trouble selling the single pod
