Hi Im really interested in going crazy with my truck im just looking for ideas on how much it would cost to do.....

I have done that thousands of times, i find answers from $2,500 to $10,000. i just wanted to see if anyone out there has done a similar setup how much it costed them and what else it would need... Such as gearing, steering stabilizers, drive shaft, extended brake lines, drop in pitman arm. Anything needed to do it right.

well being honest and serious i would check out top gun customz. its a great website and have decent customer service and if ya call em up they may haggle with you alittle on price and shipping. they have all the parts you need except the gearing i believe but you can google that. all in all saaaaay...
760ish for 5 inch suspension lift
250ish for 3 inch pa body lift with front bracket
dunno bout the rims and tires but be lookin at 500-600 for rims and twice that for tires probably more. so yeah its ALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

Second for gears. You'll want, bare minimum 4.10s, probably 4.56s, maybe even lower.

If you pay a shop to do that, you're talking $750-$1000 in labor, and about the same or so (ish) for good, decent gears.

There's $2000 right there.
