latest project: ram air hat

When the mild 360 put down 270rw I only had coil/wires upgraded.
Im pretty sure I added the MSD Dig6 before returning & getting the w/b readings.
The 270rw pull looked like the ign was breaking up a bit at high rpms so i wanted to see if I cleared that up with the box as well as find out where a/f was.

A guy on DT installed the Spectre Ram Air kit, had about 1/2" gap on the bottom where the housing met the base.

Got it finished and running today.
Works well! Temps drop quickly. At outside temp of 100*, the IAT sensor stabilizes around 133* idling with no incoming air. I think that's probably due to engine heat saturation of the metal box, as I shut the engine off and it sat in the Home Depot lot for 30 minutes. The temp of the IAT started at 155* on key on, and dropped immediately to 145* and continued to drop to about 133* idling before I pulled out and took off.
Moving on the road the temps dropped to 118* at around 40mph. I have not yet driven interstate speeds as one of the snorkels wants to loosen up. I have secured it with a heavy duty HVAC zip tie and that seems to be doing remarkably well thusfar. RM_Indy suggested securing the snorkels by using latches, such as those used on a tool box. I may go that route. He also told me to be mindful of the A/F ratio on the highway as it may run lean if indeed I do see any amount of boost. I'll ask hemifever about it if I do, but I was told that that factory MAP sensor can compensate for about 1.5 bar, I shouldn't see near that. I'm hoping for maybe 0.5lbs of boost at 70mph, if there is any to be had at all.
Here's the pics:

5.2 & 5.9 react different obviously.
Any idea how much rwhp you are/were making?
I was surprised how poorly the MP PCM was compensating
My first time on the dyno I didnt get wb 02 readings.
Kicked my butt for not getting wb readings after seeing 270rwhp. (stk inj/MP PCM only)
I had tried running FMS 24lb inj prior but had fuel dripping out the exh at idle so yanked them.
Returned to the dyno for wb readings with stk inj & they shut down first pull cause 4500rpm it was 14.8 & climbing. 3-4k rpms was just above 14.0.
After seeing that I added a/f gauge with wb 02, SMT6 & put the FMS24lb back in..
I had to pull a bunch of fuel out at the lower rpms & lighter loads & added a bit of fuel from 4800rpm to 5400rpm.

I have no idea what my numbers are. I've never been on a dyno, or to the track, yet. All I have is the butt dyno, an A/F gauge, and hemi's tunes.
Before the ram air setup, the PCM/O2 sensor was doing a great job controlling the A/F ratio at idle and part throttle with the newer injectors I added. The Bosch XF2E. WOT was very rich at 11.5-11.8 whereas the stockers were hovering around 12.8. Hemifever got the WOT dialed in back to 12.7-12.9, and I haven't observed an issue elsewhere. No WOT runs with the ram air setup yet. I want to make damn sure the driver's side snorkel is going to stay put on the air hat. I have a rough road in mind for a tester tomorrow. Also want to make sure none of the RTV or vinyl tubing lets go and flies up the snorkel. The air cleaner will catch it before it gets to the TB, but I just want to know it's "gutentite".
Also need to design some emergency flaps for a heavy rainstorm if necessary. Perhaps just a piece of plastic zip-tied to the grill in front of the snorkels if necessary to divert direct rain exposure.
