Default Herculiner...

Prepped and one coat down...not too impressed. I guess we'll have to see what it looks like with 2 coats.

Are those pics with the truck completely prepped? The bed looks pretty shiny and not scuffed up?

No I didn't take a picture of it with the first coat on it and its not scuffed either. It is only a "before" picture...

It really improves after the second coat. I use that stuff a lot.

My first thought after reading the thread title was Herculiner...sucks.
I sanded and scuffed and cleaned with acetone and dried then applied it last summer and two months later I noticed that it was starting to separate from itself (not from the bed) and it started looking like a dry lake bed.
If you use your truck to haul anything other than a 4 wheeler or an occasional 2x4 then it won't hold up either.

Mine looked similar after one coat. It puts my mind at ease to hear the second coat really beefs it up.

How long did your first coat take to dry? Mines been done for almost 12 hours and its still tacky...but it is 45 degreees out.
