Default broken line.. don't know where it goes

first off i have a 1996 dodge ram 5.9l 4x4
So I get home from my 700 mile trip last night and I wake up this mornings to find a seems to be a vacuum hose off of the tranny just hanging down on my passenger side on my exhaust.. the hose is connected to the tranny and i noticed it has had a hard time shifting somewhere throughout the night.. so here is a picture of what it is.. its rubber on the hose and metal also has a fastner with a bolt connected to it.. looks like it came undone.. Any ideas?

Where does it hook to on the trans? Does the other end of the pipe look like it broke off somewhere? So far as I know, the trans doesn't do anything at all with vacuum.... could it be a re-routed vent hose?

T-case Vent hose. Mounts to the same bell housing bolt as the trans dipstick.

It is just the bracket that is disconnected correct? The line itself is still intact right?
