ive been wondering the same thing. I have been considering one of the 30 dollar gaybay ones then just going down to autozone and buying a quality filter

Pretty much anything is better than stock, ebay has quite a few for our trucks and thats were i got my CAI, dont waste your money on the spacer it will be worth more as a paperweight for your desk

+1 on the spacer being a waste of money.

not big gains but on the higher side of the power band you can feel it

the one you post would be nice if you could build a box to keep it cooler

The one shown in the link isn't really a "cold air" intake. It is just less restrictive than the stock box, and tubes. You are going to end up with an open element filter, drawing nice toasty warm air right out of the engine compartment. Will you see any gains? Questionable.

yes any aftermarket air intake will shown gains how much depends on design and where it pulls the air from, im pretty happy with the one I got from ebay it didnt lose low end and you can feel it every time you go to pass a car, I recomend gettin one with a box just to help with water from splashing onto it and to pull in cooler air.

Mine was $85 off of ebay and there is another brand that is similar for just under $60, and the spectre is only like $150 if you want pics let me know and Ill post one up
