I meant to comment before: Those valves/chambers look like they've seen a clogged cat at some point, and some detonation too. Detonation could have been a cascade from the clogged cat. If you've got a catalytic converter, replace it along with the engine.

if anyone knows: on the throttle body butterfly's the screws that hold them on the shaft i loosened one side and it like self destructed it self so it wont tighten anymore strange

and also does the 5.9 come with a oem throttle body spacer I have one on there

There's no OEM throttle body spacer. And nothing to gain by installing any throttle body spacer. Leave it out.
