an old trick to gain lubrication in the mains is to buy 2 sets of bearings and use the two halves that have the oiling groove. Less wear on the mains that way and they hold a bit more oil for those dry hard starts.

Had a gander. Looks GREAT! Considering that .120-.090 is considered "acceptable", you are in excellent shape.

pistons are on backorder until 2/20

i dont have the bearings here, so ill probably be asking you guys about that again.

91 octane or better.

Airport is just around the corner from me.... but, I really don't wanna spend that much for gas.

I think you are still going to want to run at least 89. See what happens when ya get it runnin'. I can hardly wait.
