One of the intake bolts? If you have the torque to yield fellers, just grab another one at the dealer.

The bolt won't be labled as tty, at least I've never noticed. All that it means is that you are torqueing the bolt to it's maximum and then the 1/4 turn is acctually stretching the bolt into place, kinda like it's own loc-tite. Really it's to combat thermal expansion and keep tight of many heat cycles.

Just to add as a note; I just recently did intake plenum and valve seals. Come to find out the head bolts on our truck "just like almost any 90's and up" are torque to yield. Meaning after you torque the bolts to their 105-10ftlbs, you get a degree gauge and twist them "x' amount of degrees more. This twists the bolt and works awesome until you try to reuse them and they snap off in your block. So I'd check to see if this engine guy has a work order somewheres for the motor and see if they were just torqued or torque to yield? just to be safe.

Matty- are you looking for 30#'s of delivery or an injector rated @ 30#'s?

There are some rockin' deals out there if you look.. also, does your harness have EV1 or EV6 connectors for the 'jectors?

there is a thread recently named "throttle body' as well, where a fella claims to have a bead on a Hughes 'STAGE 3' 55mm TB for $150.. you may want to do some investigating on that..

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/domes...s/?itemid=1277

that is for four.. so, $300ish, + $150 for the 55mm TB, and you're in business for $450...
most injectors are rated @ 43.5psi, unless they are FMS- who like to rate @39psi at the rail.. Man, that crap can get confusing.. add to it that not every injector climbs uniformly when pressure is added (one rated @ 30#/39psi may produce 35#/49psi where another @ 30#/39psi may produce 38#/49psi).. You can trim fuel via PCM, and Sean nailed mine mathematically on the first attempt, but the window/parameter for trimming or pushing is pretty narrow. Like, somewhere around 8~10% narrow.. you gotta be close when you choose 'em..

I've heard really bad things about Accel injectors.. Not to contradict Adobe, 'cause he knows a helluva lot more about these things than I do- but this is for your daily driver.. just as importantly, they are a real PITA to install and remove, and you sure don't wanna lean out that new build.. I'd drop the coin on the injectors if it were my build, and come back later to feed it air if I had to choose.. just my 2 cents man..
