type "seafoam" in the search box and you'll be surprised how much you'll find.

diff worth the money, 1/2 bottle in the brake vac hose half in the crank case and a whole bottle in the gas... drive your truck around for about 20-30 mins then add the seafoam to the engine and let it sit for about 15-20 min. then start it and let the smoke roll rev the engine until smoke stops... drive it 100 miles then change the oil

never add seafoam to the oil. never add any solvents to the oil.

Just use a whole bottle in the vac line. But do it 1/2 on drivers side, then 1/2 on the passenger side.

Seafoam in the gas is OK. but if you can find a GIANT in line fuel filter, put seafoam driectly in that and then connect to your fuel rail. it will REALLY clean out injectors.

Adding Seafoam to the oil is fine. Been doing it for years on race engines.

I'd put it in the engine in my Drag Dakota because it's as clean as a whistle....I'd never put it in a dirty crank case, especialy one that's sludged...Good way to clog the oil pick up with loosened up crap...

Google it...

If I wanted to flush sludge, I would just run 1 synthetic oil change per month for 3 months to get a handle on sludge. Best way to "clean" an engine of a car that you bought from someone is to change the oil more frequently for the first year. Fresh oil is the best cleaner.

I think the consensus about seafoam in the oil is this:
Do not do it to a truck that you just bought and have no idea on the history.
