which fuse did u replace cus my truck has the same problem, my breaks are super sensitive when the light is on and the lock up very easy

 

Yeah mine dose it to but not the brake light its the abs and air bag light sometimes when I start the truck and I can't roll down my windows or lock my doors anyone know why it dose it?

 

Exact same thing happened to me. Hooked up to a jetski trailer that wasn't wired right, blew the fuse out.

 

I can't remember which one i replaced honestly, and I just went and looked. it was a few years ago when this happened to me. But if you haven't already just check any fuses that sound like they could be related to this issue such as brake lamps, ABS fuse, park lamps and so forth. I want to say I replaced my abs one but I'm not positive. Maybe Cereal Killer will chime in and tell ya since he had the same issue

 

fuse number 14 its a 20 amp just look on your fuse panel...its labeled abs/rwal

 

and if it isnt the fuse what else would it be? any ideas?

 

the speed sensor on the rear axle I replaced mine and it was fixed.

 

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 my ABS light and brake light keeps coming on and my speedometer is not working . my speedometer only works when ABS light and brake light is off. Any ideas??
