Mine probably went down only because I had my foot in it more. I was having a plenum problem shortly after that, so I was losing mpg's anyway, so I can't really say for sure in my case.

I got a 360 that Im rebuilding and Im wondering if it would be worth it specially since i live in cali and the smog is crazy
would it effect it ?

Should be able to do so in Cali without trouble. Not sure if they have a CARB EO number...... not even sure if it matters.

Whats the 14x2 and 14x3 everybody keeps talking about? Is it the stock intake?

Maybe I'm behind the times, but I thought cold air intakes perform better than the ol skool round intakes due to it sucking in hot air? I live in AZ where temps reach 115 during the summer...heck its going to be 80 today. Wouldn't the hot air rob performance no matter of stock or Hughes Airgap?

I'm with OverStreet...we have to meet emissions here in AZ.
