Why go through all the trouble of taking it out when you can just spin it?
the fan has a little wiggle in it not much dont know if thats normal or not but i took off the shroud and the fan and started it up there was still a little squeal that looks like its coming from the acessory pulley question can i just oil it or should the pulley be replaced and if i have to replace it who carries one?
thanks for the help
edit : the pulley i call acessory pulley is the one in the middle that runs nothing you know the one that you have take off cuzz theres a hidden bolt behind it when doing my water pump and t chain question ? is that called idler pulley? thats all i can find at napa and autozone online.
thanks for the help

Sometimes you can narrow it down a little by putting a small amount of grease on one side of the belt and then run the engine. If the sound goes away it narrows down a few of the pulleys...since some pulleys run on the flat side of the belt and some run on the smooth side.
However, I have been having the same issues and have replaced all pulleys except for the alternator and AC...I am still having a squeal...I think it is my AC.
