I talked like this kid when I was 15/16
I got railed on like this kid is too
At the time I didn't know why everyone was picking on me because I really was awesome, and I could drive like the Fast and the Furious maannn!!!
Now that I'm almost 30 (which is still young to a good number of you...) I can now appreciate all the people railing on me, and I see the error in my ways...
So go ahead and rail on him. He'll get mad because he thinks he's special. 10 years from now he'll be on a similar forum and read some 16 year old saying the same thing, and go through the same thing 1/2 of us are experiencing... and he'll probably rail on him too- looking back fondly on his immaturity just like I am now!

trust me you grass hopper it no fun. even though in florida a well trained monkey could pass the drivers test i took. 5 minutes thats it. and in florida you can be docked 30 pts and still get a drivers license. hell the drivers test is easier than the written. but in my opinon it was all in your experiences in a vechicle i not going to say i'm experienced. but being in 4 dangerous wrecks with my dad cause of hydroplaning has made me realize that driving is serious.
me personally you should have to renew every yr and you driver every time you need to renew or replace
one other thing and i know from experience i'm 16 and dude your a butt, i drove by myself alone at 15 and i got stopped luckly i knew the cop he wanted to throw me under the jail. wait the year it will be worth every bit.
besides you needa help your parents out. my state farm insurance and i'm 16 yrs old is $1200 every 6 months. but it lower with the discounts to $850 every 6 months.
anyway good luck with tring don't work

Ya well i think that is what is supposed to be the difference between being an adult and a teenager, I was always taught to treat people how i want to be treated. Treating people how they treat you is just immature, i respect you guys for being gurus of these trucks but your attitudes towards some people are just immature.. Its really not worth arguing about because i get a kick out of reading your posts. But i think positive reinforcement works a lot more then negative criticism.Negative criticism just gets the kids pissed off, and emotional testosterone filled teens is the last thing we need on the road lol

I think this thread is about dead, eh? Anyway, we've all been jackasses before. I know I have. If you think you haven't, you are lying to yourself. I think smcandrew got it right a few pages back: we've all been this kid.
Besides, nobody is going to beat his ***. You know he wouldn't say this in real life. Its all the internet. Its not "real life" anymore. Just go look at some video game or computer forums populated by 10-25 year olds. You will see what I'm talking about, you can say anything you want, and everything becomes a flame war. Its brutal.

I am treating him the way I would want to be treated. If I was a total jack *** (lets say I'm not for conversation...) to you, I'd want to be treated that way back. It sounds silly, but then I would know how it feels to be treated that way and eventually learn from it.
