I had an open carrier when I installed mine.
I'm not sure if it will fit carrier with posi. You can try to contact manufacturer and see if they have this specified somewhere.
Your other option is to get an open carrier (from junkyard) and use it to install Powertrax.
But you'll have to set up your backlash again.

At that point maybe i should look at an Auburn LSD?
Do you think the Powertax is worth the extra money or should i just buy a Truetrac? Keep in mind i will be going to a 4.56 or 4.88 gear when all is said and done.
