If you can hear the pump running, but still don't get pressure, bad pump, or, a blockage in the line somewhere.

If you don't hear the pump running, need to find out why. You could try using a jumper wire in place of the relay, to see if the pump runs or not, and if you can get pressure that way. Have you tried swapping relays around?

I swaped the working horn relay into the fuel pump one and still no start. How do you rig a jump wire?

just place a wire from the hot side of the relay, to the power feed for the pump. (with the relay out of course) pump should run constantly.

Since that part just snapped off is there a way you can rig it so that it works? I don't mean permanently i mean just to see if that fixes the problem

well whats really weird now is when i took off the bed and then tried and cranked it the fuel pump primed and the engine ran perfectly. It died once when we walked inside. I made sure everything was connected and it fires up all the time now. Im going to put the bed back on and see if it was pinching a line or something!

This ended up being a bad wire at the harness in the engine bay.
