Could prolly sell your axles, and pay for most of what you crank out for the new ones, and regearing, if necessary.

Probably. I have less than $500 for the entire re-gear (gears, install kit, and labor).

But I think I can get both sets for $150.00 but I dont know what gear ratio is in them? I need to go look. He told me he is going to scrap them and he is only going to get $0.08 a pound for them so I thought I would double his money on them.
Gas to diesel will be different u-joints, see if you can grab the driveshafts from the guy as well, and a decient driveshaft shop should be able to do some cuttin and welding to make em fit

You will need some kind of conversion u-joint then,or larger yokes on your transfer case. I havent researched it, but your transfer case will have a smaller series yokes on it to fit the 1/2 ton u-joint, if both trucks are the same wheelbase the driveshaft lenghts should be close to the same, just remember the u-joint position on the Dana 60's is farther away from the axle centerline so your driveshaft slipyokes will be pushed in farther on the splines unless you are lifting the truck......I hope you can understand my crappy explanation

Have they charged your card for the parts yet? If they have.... I would call them back, and suggest they return the money, until such times as the parts ship. While I had them on the phone, I would also ask when they expect the joints..... if they can't give you an answer, I would find another vendor, and cancel the order.

Shocks.... Up to you.....

The drag link looks to be a tad steep, doesn't look like there is much angle left in one direction... It isn't going to hit the leaf when you turn sharp to the left is it?? Wonder if you could get some flavor of "high steer" adapter on the knuckle, to reduce the angle some?
