it just misses the leaf, i used washers to get it up high enough. does anyone make a knuckle adapter? i thought they were all for D60s? i thought about getting a drop pitman arm and bending the tube a bit...

You are planning on doing a D60 swap at some point anyway aren't you? If that is going to be within the next year..... I would just leave it as is, and then address it if it is still a problem with the bigger axles.

so finally got to drive it a bit. kinda... still dont have gears, but if i leave OD off it runs the same rpms down the road, lol! and im putting on the front shocks tonight. from what little ive driven it, its takes all my attention to drive it. if i dont hang on to the steering wheel hard enough it jerks on every bump on the road even with the stabilizer. but its not as bad as i thought it would be and getting the front shocks on will help...

Might not need the blocks, all that front end engine weight should flatten those springs pretty quickly I'd think.

If you put blocks in the back, you might be nose diving in 3 months.

Your truck wanders because of your front end setup. You should make your front perches shorter and run a shorter shackle too. Install a set of front springs with a bigger arc and that will take care of the wandering.

Or... run a custom four link with coilovers.

uhh, never said it wanders... and if it did i would use a track bar to fix it. but 4 link would be sweet!

and anyways the shorter the leafs are the better, theres less leverage from side to side. the length of my front perches has nothing to do with it, they dont move the longer the better, as long as they are beefy enough. but i should have gone with a shorter shackle...
