I hope it does do me well..lol..just gotta fix the problems i got..SNOW? WHAT IS SNOW? Shoot, i live in the south, i dont know what snow is...lol..its summer where im at all year long...Like some, we dont have a lot of money to upgrade or what have ya..so we are doing most of the work ourselves. But as i stated before, dont know hardly much about trans. I know how to check it and how to change it, basically it(and i know where to put in the fluid..lol) Im wanting to get a mechanic book on my truck bc they usually come in very handy. But with the help of you sweet gentlemen in here, im sure i can do anything..lol..

There is an 01 service manual available for download in the FAQ section here. Grab it. LOTS of good info.....

Thanks hun..i will download it, or print it, due to i have a P.O.S laptop..ha ha..but i DO appreciate any and all the help you guys are giving me..we are going to upgrade the truck more, just going to take a little more time for us. My fiance is the only one working due to i have a back injury from my last job. And there are 3 of us he is supporting, plus, he doesnt want me to work bc he feels hes the man of the house therefore he is the one to support the family. I tried to argue that with him, but to no prevail so im a stay at home mom now..lol..He hasnt had a chance to go out and try the suggestions that were made here just yet. But he will. We are trying the less costly way first..lol..

Download it. Study various things you need, print said things if need be.

You are not going to print the service manual, its 2889 pages long. lol
