Blinking CEL generally indicates an engine miss......

I will definitly get the code read asap. The dealer did advise he felt that it probably needed a tune up. Could the over filled oil of caused a CEL?

On another note I went and bought fuses today and as soon as I replaced the blow fuse I heard it blow. So the fuse blew rite away. This is usually a grounded wire or explsed wire somewhere rite?

I'm kinda lost on what the plenum has to do with my fuses blowing as soon as they are put in. When I put a fuse in the interior lights flicker rite as the fuse blows. I hooked a jeep stock radio up and it wouldn't light up but if u turned it on it made a crackle as soon as you turned it on but that was it. No sound after. The dual doesn't seem to get power at all

Pull your cigarette light out, and try replacing the fuse again. Also, check and make sure the kids didn't put something in your power outlet.... like, say, a gum wrapper.......

I never took this out but I have pluged things into the cigarette lighter port and it works so I know that fuse is good

Which fuse is blowing? Fuse 12 in the junction block? (fuse block on the side of the dash)?

If so, that powers the underhood lamp, (good place to start looking....) overhead console, radio constant power, (for the memory), most of the interior lights, cargo light, glovebox light..... data link connector. Not to mention the power mirrors. If you have 'em.
