desperately need help with my truck

Default desperately need help with my truck

So it is quite a long story and since I am no where near a computer. So advice is greatley needed and I puy everything in my post in the introduction section. Any advice is welcome as I am at a loss right now. Please read my introduction amd if I can fill,in any blanks I will do my besy to answer to the best of my knowledge. Thanks for reading

Take the spark plugs out before you try and crank the motor. If you have water in there, water doesn't compress..... things bend/break instead.

Sombody at work suggested I remove the spark plugs and,crank the motor over and see if any water shoots out of the spark plug holes

Precisely. If there is water in there, it will NOT compress..... tends to break things.

ok looks like next step to me is pull plugs and crank it and see what happens. i just got done changing out the oil. still have to swap out diff fluids, coolant, and fix my tranny leak and change fluid in that before i can drive it again though

Don't start it if there is water in the trans. Drain that first, new filter, and as much fluid as you can get out of it.

How hard would it be just to swap a 360 in instead of my 318 and just fix my trans problem instead of worrying about water in the engune I have in it now? Im sure I could get a 360 from pick n pull or something

Why don't you try what's been suggested, before you go spending money and time for no reason? It might be an easy fix and you don't have to go through any other hassle.

Was just asking because it might be something I could swing with the wife. Was more cutious than anything else

Most likely you and your wife are not going to swap an engine. And if you do, where do you live? Cuz I want to marry her! LOL
