Point is, the blend door might not be working. Hence the reason I asked if the compressor is running.

The compressor does not run. So I guess I have more issues them just a vacuum line.

If the compressor does not run you have to find out why obviously. Could be a number of things. Like it or the clutch is no good, low or no r134a due to leak, fuse or relay, etc.....
