swap the horn and fuel pump relay and try it, if its a no go replace it, its about 200+ for the pump.
check the serpentine belt for cracks or any kind of wear, replace it and maybe look into a new tensioner.
what does your oil pressure look like? how many miles are on the truck? its possible your crank bearings may need replaced but thats just a guess.

WEll has 101694 miles on the truck. Serpent belt is new belt tensioner is tight. its only squeelin when i have the trucking going out on road moving... Id be super depressed if it was cam bearing for noise but doing think so. Someone said it might be a air leak on transmission or something idk... have no idea. How would you switch horn and fuel pump relay?

Relays are in the PDC (power distribution center) under the hood, right behind the battery. Relays/fuses are labeled on the underside of the cover. Relays just pull right out. Swap fuel pump relay, and horn relay. See if the truck runs.
