Truck very sluggish

Default Truck very sluggish

So my truck is realy sluggish. its not the plenum i already checked. does anyone kno what it could be? could it be a bad cat? or timing off? i replaced plugs, wires, cap rotor. HELP!!!

Remove the pre-cat O2 sensor, see if it runs any better. Might also want to check fuel pressure.

just to get it out of the way, how did you check the plenum to know its ok?

By just looking through the plates I assume? Or did you remove the TB ?

The only true way to check the plenum is to remove the intake manifold and get a flash light down in there to see every single corner, nook, and cranny. Mine didn't look busted through the throttle body plates or with the the entire TB removed. However, when I did what I thought was going to be preventative maintenance, turns out I had about half a quart of oil in there, pooled where I couldn't see with it installed on the engine.
