Welcome to DF. First, before anything else, please read this.

I will move this to the 2nd gen section (1994-2001 Rams).

Well, if it was that bad, do an oil change and see if your oil is cloudy (contaminated with coolant). If it is, reach deep, deep down into your wallet and come out with a fat stack of cash. Unless of course you wanna pull the heads yourself

EDIT: This is assuming the engine isn't actually seized up.

alright we already checked the oil to make sure it was not contaminated with anti freeze. it looks good. we filled the radiator back up with antifreeze and water and then filled the battery and charged the battery and still got nothing...

Does it turn over, and just not fire? Or does it not even turn over?

Can you elaborate a little more? When you say you have "nothing", does that mean the engine is not turning over, there's no power to anything, the engine is cranking but won't start... etc.

Does everything at least power up? (headlights, accessories, etc)

Could be anything from a seized block to a bad fuse....

If the squeak is from the front of the engine, it could be the water pump as was suggested. Try taking the serpentine belt off (with the truck off of course) and spinning the fan by hand to check for any wobbling, grinding, or squeaking from the water pump.
