Same exact thing it has only dine this now since I cleaned the injectors and throttle body up it certainly sounds like it's missing but the scanner says it is not

Not just the lumpy cam is it? If you give it a bit of gas, just to raise the idle a bit, does it smooth out?

Did the codes reset? Will it idle on its own?

It's not the cam it just started sounded like a miss since I cleaned everything, now I'm not sure what I did I just unplugged the connecter On the iac and it idles fine now so it could have just been something weird. Now since I have reset the PCM the code came on for high voltage on the number 2 injector I unplugged all the injectors with the iac unhooked and had no drop in idle at all as well

Try the same test, but, instead of disconnecting injectors, pull the plug wires off. (IAC still disabled.)

If you get an RPM drop when you disable a cylinder..... More for my curiosity than anything else.... of course, if you don't get a noticeable drop when doing that... then there is something else going on that we are missing.

What is your truck idling at while testing?

Can you get that any lower? If you could get it down to 600, or even less..... it might make an rpm drop more noticeable.....

I let it warm up good to make sure it was off the high idle and tried unplugging the wires and I could hear a drop still hard to notice for sure when I unplug the injectors but now that it idled down lower it sounds like the rpm does drop. The scanner is telling me that the throttle position is at 100% at idle and it keeps throwing the TPS code it only started this since I cleaned up the throttle body
