Trans. Service?

Trans. Service?
Well, my trans. has been leaking and it's gotten worse.
So it's going to be time to take it to the shop to have the seal between the trans. and the t-case replaced.
So, I am thinking I might as well have some other trans. maintenance done.
So far I have:
Drain and refill t-case (obviously)
Drain, change filter, adjust bands on trans.
Replace/clean trans. cooler check valve (I know, I know)
Anything else?
Also, how much ATF will I need?
I am going to see if I can bring my own fluid, that way I KNOW I have the right stuff in there.
Thanks for any input.

So basically an "Initial Fill", would be a trans. service?
So I am looking at 5 quarts total?
What will happen when I take the check valve out?
I know trans. fluid will come out the cooler line, but do I have to do anything special? Or can I just drill it out like you said?
Does it increase fluid flow any? I know if it's clogged it will.
Thanks guys!
