It will only be powered for about three seconds, or, if the engine is actually cranking. If the PCM doesn't see signal from the cam/crank senors, it will just shut off the coil and injectors.

Are you actually getting spark while cranking?

no spark at all when cranking just power for 3seconds

I wish there was a good test for the crank sensor... but, there isn't one I am aware of. Get one from the dealer, and replace yours. I think it's dead.

Do you get voltage back at the coil while cranking?

Did you ohm ck the wires from the crank sensor back to the PCM? Now that you get initial power at the coil, it the sounds like a crank error.
