1 all welded up. Just need to weld a plate on the back to seal the seam plus will be extra strength, my trux friggin heavy! Lol

Two super beef shackles. All done, just have to sandblast and paint em.

Shackle hangars are good to go. Gonne reduce the height of crossmember tomorrow, and get the new springs in. All the prep work is done, gettin into serious work in the mornin. Should be exiting!

Here's a pic to show the super beefy shackles and hanger! Can't wait!

Yea backwoods that they to, and that was the plan. My truck is very heavy, I am want every component to be bulletproof.

I am starting teardown and rebuild right now! Will be posting plenty of pics today, should be a good one!

Lol, ya got that right, especially these leafs, look how much arch they have at droop! They totally flattened out on me, crazy. But that what this is all about!

Got it stripped down, brake lines are long enuff to reach the floor so that helps. Bout to tear down the u bolts then start cuttin!

Completely stripped and ready to start cutting, removing factory spring cups to run shocks.
