That I don't know. My 98 is a quad cab but I think the early 98 model were available as both.

Quad cabs have 4-doors the extended cabs don't. If you look at my sig pic you can see my back doors open, thats the quad cab option.

The REAL difference is that an extended cab is a chevy, and a quad cab is a dodge with rear half doors. Yours is a CLUB cab.
