how in the hell do you pull the harmonic balancer off!!!!
been working on this damn thing for a hour and that f***king harmonic balencer will not budge. what tool do i need. ive tried a puller. there arent any bolts on this damn thing so how does it come off. its on my 01 dodge with the 360 magnum in it

So in the service manual (in the diy section) section 9 page 105 tells you how to remove it. The tool needed looks like the one in the link. Remove the big bolt, install the puller and remove the balancer.

I left the bolt holding the balancer threaded into the crankshaft so the tool would have something to press on, other than the crank itself. I'd back the crank bolt out about 1/8", use the tool to pull the balancer forward, back off the tool, unscrew the crank bolt another 1/8", then repeat. Once the balancer was most of the way off, I unthreaded the crank bolt all the way and let the tool press against the end of the crank itself. But only after the bulk of the pulling was done.
