I may be mistaken, but I believe you can just block of the port with a plate and call it a day... I would assume the same goes for the tube going from the exhaust manifold to the intake... If not couldn't you just get a non EGR intake from a JY?

The only think I worry about is the vaccum lines I think I will lug off the other with the plate like u said

Hmm. I would think you could plug the vac lines... The computer is out of a non EGR truck, correct?

Correct so I am going to have to do away with the egr sensors which are all attached to the vaccum lines so I will plug them but I will have to figure out how to run the charcoal canister vaccum lines into the intake so it's probably going to be trial and error
