It is a 3 inch cool spacer the trac bar is the stock length it's a own replacement made by Dana I got from napa it made this noise before I lifted it

 

might be a body mount if it make a thud when you hit a bump. have you visually raised and dropped the axle to see if a control arm. mtter of fact if a control arm was that worn then youd be able to make it move with the vehicle on the ground

 

Did you torque it properly?

Oh, did you do a wheel alignment?

 

When I kick my sway bar I always hear a noise comming from my front left body mount by the bumper. I bet that's it. How do I check that out?

 

Yes I got an alignment still have slack but. Think thats just in the steering box

 

I've heard that the front end components burn up fairly fast with the 3" coil spacers since thats the threshold where many stock components are being pushed to an extreme angle... I if you do end up replacing stuff I would recommend going with the stuff designed for lifted rams...
I had tons of slop in my steering... found it to be coming from a lot of places...I still have some slop in the track bar so I got a replacement which hopefully removes that last bit of road wander I have... mines a body lift so I got it a bit easier than you as far as possible causes.

 

just put wrench on the body mount bolt and crank on it till it wont turn lol

 

Can't the body mount be bad?

 

yes the busing can be worn out, but id try tightening it down first. there is just 1 big bolt at each body mount, and they are known to come loose over time
