Excessive Positive Camber
#22
Maybe my theory was inaccurate then. Did you happen to notice if there was positive camber before you replaced the BJs?

But now, its bad on both sides, where as when the joints were bad, it was only noticeable on the passenger side. The driver side ball joints where no where near as bad as the passenger side, but that side had about half the camber of the passenger side.

I was just merely pointing out there was a spacer.
Is it possible the toe-in is too much such that it gives the appearance of positive camber? These are new BJs. Any indication that the tie rod ends remain in decent condition?

And the tie rod ends are new as well, they've just been undercoated since I put them on, so they look old.

I'm sure you checked them...but I have to ask. Are your hub bearings tight? You must have put new ones in with the ball joints?
Toe in that was my 1st thought too.
Scrap those..I wonder if you have the wrong knuckles. I don't think you could reverse them because the brakes would be upside down. So would your tie rod tapers. But I wonder if you have some from another year ram...or something else? Any knuckle from a D60 with ball joints could interchange.
