Toe in that was my 1st thought too.

Scrap those..I wonder if you have the wrong knuckles. I don't think you could reverse them because the brakes would be upside down. So would your tie rod tapers. But I wonder if you have some from another year ram...or something else? Any knuckle from a D60 with ball joints could interchange.
Yes the hub bearings are tight. Not getting any steering wander (beyond normal for worn out box)

I too am starting to wonder if I have the wrong knuckles.
I've decided to try to find a specialized Alignment/Front End shop around here that I can take this rig to. On saturday I'm going to try to sneak it on our alignment rack, see where the toe is at, and adjust that if needed. Then I'm going to print out the sheet and I'll post the results on here. I'm starting to wonder as well if my frame is bent. Although I'm not sure if that would cause this camber or if it would dog track. I had my buddy follow me and as far as he can tell, it doesn't dog track.

Yes, crossed refranced the part numbers with OE numbers. They are correct.

Did you compare them to the old ones when you took them off?
Yes, they were the same.

Did the hub bearings seat all the way around when you put them back on?
Yes, they did.

I don't think the frame would have an impact on the camber. I'm still thinking there's something going on with the knuckles.

I think you're right kejobe.
I have to find a shop to take it too, but I'll update with the specs if I am able to sneak it on the rack saturday.

My buddy just poked his head under my truck and had a thought.
Could my knuckles be cheap aftermarket ones? He said the rust on the knuckles looks pitted and rougher than the axkle "c's" which it does. He also mentioned he had to replace the knuckles on his toyota truck at one point (i know its different but hear me out). And when he replaced his knuckles with the aftermarket ones, he had the same problem with camber. He put OEM ones on and problem solved.
Either way I'm taking it to a specialized shop. Can't afford to throw parts at it. But this idea he had would make a lot of sense.

Also, the axle measured out straight again. No difference between the sides.

The frame condition and toe in won't impact camber. You can disconnect the tie rods and it won't affect camber but it won't hurt to check it.
If you decide to throw parts at it then give these guys a call to see what they want for the knuckles. http://mintonmotorsinc.com/new_arrivals.html That is if you can't find some in a junk yard.

How did you measure? Just measuring the outer axles isn't going to tell you anything, Height there is determined by the tires. It's the difference in the measurement from the end of the tube, to where the tube hits the pig, that is going to affect camber.

Can you post the lower balljoint part number you used. Also if you could get the BOM number off the drivers side of the axle tube, you will most likley need a wire brush to clean off the surface rust to read the numbers.

Understood. I'll remeasure.

Zman, I'll grab a build sheet and post it.

Merc, I'll get those numbers for you tonight if I can see them or tomorrow morning. Ball joints receipt is the glove box, so I'll grab that too.

Also, went to look at a 3500 4x4 dually gaser today to possible buy the knuckles off of, and they look a bit different than the ones on my truck. The upper ball joint tapered seat on the knuckle is actually lower in height from the top of the hub to the top of the knuckle, and also the back side of the hub is closer to the axle "c".

*EDIT* Crap now i'm looking at my pictures again and I'm thinking the upper ear on the axle "c's" is actually bent upwards. Does that look right?
