i had to get my fuel sync done on my old jeep zj, with the 5.2 in it, I got the same answers that you got. After alot of calling around, I did finally find a shop that knew what I was talking about, and they charged me like 60 bucks and it took all of about 20mins while I waited.

Well, one dealer said minimum 1 hr @ $150/hr. Another dealer said...runs fine, no CEL; you're good.

lol

For now...will just leave it alone. Tomorrow, hook the SChips in just for kicks.

Here is what the old nukle looks like right now. Can't use my K&N tube b/c of the BL, even with the "snake oil" TB spacer it just wasn't enough. I've got an idea though.

It looks good, but I'd run the factory air intake and throw that 14x3 in the garbage. LOL

I've started to notice it latter part of 2 days ago. Very smooth and responsive acceleration. This aerodynamic brick gets on it's way. That is the best I can describe at this point. Not to mention this is on the stock PCM setting.

Read old man. My K&N has to be modded to get back in there. The 14x3 is certainly temporary. I'm thinking cutting end of tube such that the filter still mounts to it, then run lame dryer vent or something to join them back up as it has to go under the A/C lines. Any other ideas are welcome. I just have not thought too much about it b/c of the damn fuel sync issue, which is now backburnered.

I like the Red White and Blue theme! Different, and patriotic! Even if that's not what you were going for, that was my perception

I can read, LOL, you said K&N, and I said factory air intake. It would be a lot easier to get another tube from the JY(assuming you still have the original one ) and using both, lengthen it. And since they work just about as well as a K&N setup, I'd give it a shot. And use a K&N drop in filter.
