Default Cigarette Lighter Wires Question

Im in the process in installing a CB in my pickup and was just going to splice the wires into the cigarette lighter wires and I was just wondering which wire to the cigarette lighter was hot, I'm slightly colorblind so Im not sure on the colors, but to me it looks like a red with a black stripe, and the other to me looks green? The one for sure has a black stripe and if anyone can tell me which is the hot one, it would be much appreciated!

The wiring going to the center terminal on the cig liter will be hot. The one going to the side of it somewhere is ground.

Ok jus for a follow up here, the plug on the back of the cig lighter is like a plug and the two wires enter it side by side. I hooked up a battery any used a test light. The colors of the wires are orange with a black stripe and red (thanks to my dad who has the ability to tell colors ) the orange/black is ground, red is hot, jus an fyi for anyone interested

Thanks everyone! I was tired of having to turn my radar detector on and off. (the cigarette lighter on top of the air bag turn off) so i switched the wires and now when I turn my truck off, my radar detector turns off and my cell phone stays charging!
