If it is bad, just replace the rear diff. Why would you buy a new vehicle just because of that?

Because it's a big chance here to upgrade to a 4x4, in regards to the wife... Oh hunny, gotta get another one the rear blew....

Not only that, being I reside in the NE and will for the rest of my life. I needs me a 4x4!

A friend of mine had a '97 RT, he said the rear end went out, didn't ask specific's, he simply traded it in for a 4dr Hemi.
