changed header gasket now no start

put you factory PCM back in it, thats not the problem. Get new plugs. Thats all thats the matter with it.

It has new plugs. And the motor won't even attempt to start with my original PCM

what do you mean by that, it won't turn over? or it just won't fire?

did you try the original pcm with the new crank sensor? did you get a new cranksensor?

Yes I got a new crank sensor.I tried it with both PCM's. No fire what so ever with the original and she tries to fire with the Durango PCM

hmmm, i don't know. I can't see how not pluging in one side of spark plugs would have fried a pcm, but then again anything is possible. If it's trying to fire with the new pcm, maybe your sync is off a little bit, because didn't you say earlier that you messed with the distributor.
Maybe try moving the distributor a little at a time and see if you can get it to start. Either way you are going to have to get it re-synced right?

Since we're all guessing, I'm guessing you yanked the pejesus out of your timing chain and its either toast or stretched to the point its toast, and jumped a few teeth in the meantime..

drew, you think that the timing chain jumped time at the exact same time as he changed the headers? or because the motor was only firing of one side. I can kind of see it?
