Default my sct and gas milage

So I've had the Sct for about 2 years now mostly using 93 on 93 . Sometime I use 91 tune . Bit no matter what tune I use I always fill with 93 .

Any how I decided to keep it on 91 tune havnt been in the mood to be a lead foot , but I'm surprised Im getting 230 miles to a tank of gas with 91 tune . 93 tune Im always getting 180 to a tank of gas .

Going from 93 tune to 91 doesn't feel like I'm losing power . But when I put on the 93 from 91 it feels a lot more peppy.

I'm going to try 87 tune with 93 gas and then. 87 tune and 87 gas , I'm just curious if I can get a lot more miles to a tank . I have the 26 gallon tank .

Only thing is its not nearly as peppy on 87 so ill prob take it off if its not Mich of a approvement and keep 91 tu.e installed .

My current mods are 14x3,1.7 harland sharps ,airgap, longtubes and a highflow cat to a cherry bomb extreme . Stock 3.55 gears with the 5.9 .

Been thinking about a new muffler to put before the rear tire . Well see .

Due to wiorking on budgets and state grants....math is not my favorite thing after work.....

So what are your actual mpgs? I haven't had much chance to play with mine, and won't until I get paint and body work done. Darned groundhog...

Have to keep in mind, that when the funny little light comes on, there is still six gallons of gas in the tank. Need to record how many gallons you get, versus how many miles you drive. In all reality, you are probably getting like 12 or so.....

That's about 9.5 mpg. Make me feel a little better (very little) about my 11mpg!

Ouch. Really shouldn't run it that low. The pump is cooled by the gas around it. (which seems kinda silly to me.... lets use the COMBUSTIBLE liquid as a coolant? Huh??) Running it that low on a regular basis will shorten the life of the pump.

You all should be happy with your mpg's! I am only getting 5.1 so far...I think its time to check my plenum...99 ram with only 65,800 miles....I dont think my plenum would be it though.... oh well....should be filling up within the next week again though so we will see what mine gets to on the 2nd take since I've owned this truck.

Haven't had a chance to check mine odometer-wise very much but according to my Torque Pro app I'm getting about 11.5 avg with 75% of that being back road driving. Not sure exactly how accurate that is but hoping to double check it soon. And that's before doing any work to it as far as tune up, plenum, etc. Hoping to get that number to go up at least a little.
