Since you don't even know what or where the PCV is. I highly suggest you download the free factory service manual (from the FAQ/DIY section) and get a Haynes. Read them. Then decide if you have the correct tools and know how, to perform any procedure on your your truck, and any other vehicle in your stable for that matter.

or you could tear into and just replace it if you have the time ...gaskets arent too much...you can go with an aftermarket aluminum plate or use washers on the factory bolts when reusing the factory plate and bolts since there are reports that the bolts often bottomed out in the holes before sandwiching the plate and gasket fully together and this causes to gasket to blow out and leak...
If your burning oil its a good idea to check compression...if thats good you likely have a bad plenum gasket...

seeing how he just bought the truck and it has soo many miles ..I'm gonna bet against you and say there just as good a chance its fine... the 50/50 results in the plenum pic thread of people whoe tore into theirs only to find it was in fact not blown and still have oil pooling up even after replacing it is where I draw my conclusion.. plus a PO may already have changed it..

Well i got it from my dad, and he bought it from a guy a few years ago. Ran fine ever since he parked it awhile ago. (parked it because of the shaking) but after drove it a month or two ago, it had all these problems. So he might have changed it. But i will cycle some seafoam through it and see what happends. im debaiting wether to rebuild the front end. (Since the front shakes, i figure it's something up there) But i cant rule out the engine on the shaking, because when it shakes, the RPM Drops. So im stumped.
