It could, but, it wouldn't change with O/D on or off..... driveshafts are still going the same speed, regardless.

Good point, Well, if the plenums good, driveshafts good, all joints are good, what else could it be? my back tires are ... not sure how to say, Not flat, but they are flat, like... theirs tread, but they are 10 ply, and it kinda made them a flat surfance, without any roundness. but i doubt that's an issue. or could it?

Given your symptoms, I am pretty sure that what you are experiencing is a miss. Pull the plugs, see what they look like, check the rest of the ignition parts while you are at it.

your in the same boat as me...you should have looked closely at the plugs...No check engine light yet? you may have pending errors you can view with a reader and still not have the light yet...

I can see my cylinder# 1 appears to be very lean because even the header exhaust hole for that cylinder is light brown and the others are black... this makes me very nervous being I have new injectors and have done the tuneup already...

old tires will get flat spots in them from sitting the money your wasteing on that motor ant worth it 200.000 miles you say youd be better off going to a salvage yard and buy a running motor for 300.00 or so and replace itplaces by me they have yards of wreckd trucks with good motors in them and there guaranteed pull that old motor out tear it apart and teach your self

well, i like to keep my numbers together, Matching engine * Truck
@augie
well, CEL Came on today after i replaced the PCV, When im going uphill and really stomping the gas (To avoid the shaking) it flashs a few times, then is solid. but all my plugs are clean as a wistle.

And, the PCV has amazing suction, and the pin inside it still moves freely, so there's no new blockage/carbon buildup.
