Default new tires cant decide

alright so i'm stuck on a few tires.. i cant chose between them. my choices are mickey thompson baja atz's, pro comp xtreme all terrains, or bf goodrich all terrain ta ko's. i have 16x8 wheels and a 2.5 levelling kit so i plan on getting 285 75r16 tires. i just can't decide between the mickey thompsons, pro comps, or bf goodrich. << i think that's the order that i like them from most to least.

anyone have any reviews for any of those?

I haven't seen many people here report on M/T or Pro Comps. I have the M/T MTZ and couldn't be happier. Previous tire was Dick Cepek FC II, also an excellent tire. Both fit my needs and use in all expectations. Quite a few people run a BFG variant. They typically don't run a bit less on true size over advertised size (35" run like, 33.7"). At least a bit more than other brands, but not sure that's an issue for you.

Can't really give you any useful feedback since no idea what your truck is used for, how you plan to use it, etc. Maybe you're just a pavement pounder and can be fine with GY Wranglers.

My dad had a set of 35x12.50/17 pro comps and they didn't last him much longer than 20k miles. They were the xtreme all terrains. He now has cooper discover stt's and they have about 30k on them and are doing great

sorry i wasnt really specific. i do a good amount of on road driving. mostly back roads maybe 10% highway. spend a lot of time on farms. and old dirt roads. and occasionally hit some trails maybe once every other month. but deffinitely need an all terrain tire. those are the three i narrowed it down to and can't decide which one to go with. also looked at cooper stt's and also the st maxx looks like a nice tire. i think i want something more than the st maxx and less than the stt. which is where the mickey thompsons and pro comps fall in i think.

Try Hankook RT03s (DynaPro M/T), theyre load range E rated so theyre tough. I have them on mine and they make almost no noise on the highway, and i have yet to get stuck. Cost me right at 1000 for a set of 4 285/75/16s

Found an off road shop that has mickey Thompsons in stock and the guy said people love them and they last forever plus they can get them to me for a pretty good deal mounted and balanced. I'm getting two now, and two in a month or so and putting them on my new rims so I'll post pics when I get it done.

By the way a Goodyear shop quoted me at 735 for two tires mounted and balanced. What little ridiculous right? Lol
