When you pull the intake, it will be obvious which ones are coolant ports. No valve in 'em.

That's prolly just where the coolant is finally finding its way out. It's possible that the front/rear gaskets weren't quite seated all the way, so held the manifold up high enough that the side gaskets couldn't seal. There are little holes in the block, front and back, that little "****" on the end seals go into. If there is 'stuff' in the holes, the end seals won't be able to seat all the way, and that complicates getting the side gaskets to seal.

Don't re-use the gaskets, and don't re-use the manifold bolts....... Make sure all surfaces are PRISTINE. If you don't have air tools, yeah, it's a right pain in the keester... but, do it right, and you won't have to worry about it again.

There's been great debate over Torque To Yield manifold bolt's, and the general feeling is once they're torqued down to spec you shouldn't reuse them.

But no longer then your's have been down I'd hate to have to buy new one's too. But on the plus side you can get those from the dealer pretty cheap, if you need to get new one's.

I don't know enough about TTY to really understand it myself.

It is my opinion that these ar NOT TTY bolts. I did install new ones whin I did the plenum on mine. I have never seen a TTY bolt that is threaded the entire length of the bolt. Most common place for TTY one automotive engines is head bolts. But this is my observation. Dodge Engineering will not confirm and Dealer does not know.

Threaded portion of TTY (which is done by heat treating) stretches, but not the threaded part.

Had the same problem when I replaced put in my airgap, had to redo the job cuz the back of the intake didn't seal with the block. Don't risk re-using the TTY bolts, I used grade 8s the second time (had a bunch at the shop) and worked just fine. As for the gasket sealant, apply it, torque intake 1/2 way, let it set up for atleast 4u hrs, then torque to specs. Once done, use a inspection mirror and light to make sure the gaps are sealed between intake and engine block. FYI, the little extra sealant around the coolant ports is a life saver! Go the extra mile for the piece of mind.
