Welcome to DF. Fill in your sig block, have a look at the stickied plenum thread, grab a service manual from the DIY section, and tell us about what problems you are having.

I read through a write about what I think is my one of my problem. The Governor pressure sensor/solenoid..? Truck kind of just bogs off the line unless I shift through the gears. I pulled up an error code P 1756 I also got P 0300, 0304 and 0306. I assume that means misfire in cylinder 4 and 6 and the 0300 is a random misfire? if so... the hell is a random misfire?
Thanks for the greetings guys.

The random misfire is caused by worn ignition parts, and/or a blown plenum. (see stickied thread)

P1756 Gov Press Not Equal to Target @ not15-20 PSI: Need to drop the pan, and see what's goin' on. might be plugged up with gunk, or.... metal shavings......

+1 on all that and the downloading the service manual.

Another thing here...we like pics! Go to www.photobucket.com and set up there. Photos can be uploaded there, click on IMG link, and paste that into what you are posting....

When you drop the pan, shoot it and let's see what it looks like!

Welcome to DF.
