Now that is COOL! Gonna be fun once you get it dialed in.
Young lady didn't care for the smell of various things burning off the headers?
That was my daughter. She worries too much sometimes but I convinced her it was OK.
I've got a lot to do still but this was a big part of getting it done, I don't know if the fault that I have is a wiring problem or just needs to get trans fluid circulated thru it.
Got the wiring harness reloomed and installed in the Jeep. But still have to track down what is wrong with my transmission.. The P0753 could be wiring, but I checked that and it was all good or a bad PCM.
IMO it looks a lot better than the stock wiring with the plastic loom too.
Kits down along the injectors nicely also.
Now to just get some other things done and it'll be ready to fire up and test run.
Not sure which one is shift solenoid A..... there are three in there..... Governor pressure, TCC, and O/D.... Suppose you will have to drive it to see which one ain't workin'.....

Looking good there. Keep movin' forward.
This is from a search online for that TC.
What causes the P0753 code?
A common cause of the storage of a P0753 trouble code in the PCM is a faulty shift solenoid. Some other causes include blockage in the hydraulic system inside of the transmission, a mechanical failure in the transmission, a low transmission fluid level, and dirty or contaminated transmission fluid. The code could also derive from a faulty transmission control module or PCM.
The wiring is new plus checked out when tested. The transmission fluid is new but could be low I haven't checked it yet. My mind for some reason seems to remember the old transmission throwing a TC right before it was parked but I can't say 100% say for sure.
I've got a spare PCM that I'm going to try and see if I still have the TC or not.
Then went to set the fuel sync on it which I set to 6* which is what I was told I should with the cam I'm running. It had ran for maybe two or 3 minutes when I saw my left bank (drivers) header glowing HOT. So I shut the engine off and am not sure what to do at this point.
A little more information, I've got my cat and muffler hooked up with band clamps and do not have the O2 sensors installed yet.
This is a Magnaflow universal cat 3" in & out & a Magnaflow muffler.
The exhaust hooked up.
Now a little more information, I'm using a B&G tuned PCM for a 5.2 instead of a 5.9. I'd loaned it to a buddy who used it to get his 5.9 running in his Jeep so I'd hoped it would be at least able to run my 6.7 (408). Do you think this might be the cause? My understanding is that running hot like this is due to the engine running rich. So should I not run the engine anymore until I get a tune from FRP for the stroker?
If the tune in there is for a 5.9, and you have a 6.7.... I would think it should be running lean...... Though it does sound good.
Do you only have one O2 sensor??
I don't have any O2 sensors hooked up yet. I was trying to see what this muffler was going to sound like before I started welding things together. The tune is for my old 5.2 but it was a hot tune from B&G for the 5.2 & I've known guys to run their swapped in 5.9 on a 5.2 PCM for a few years even with no issues which was why I was hoping it would run my engine. But I'm guessing I'd better wait until I can get a real tune for the 6.7 from FRP..
