Question What is missing?

So I crawl under the truck and look to see what I am in store for when look to replace my Oil Pressure Sensor and I about lost it (or in this case already did).

Can someone tell me what should be in this threaded opening that I am apperently missing?

1996 / 318 / Automatic / 4x4 / 1500 / Originally had all the bells and whistles...

This is a location shot from the rear of course

And this is the upclose (Well as close as I could get in focus)

Any Ideas?

That's the port for the egr, which i believe they started eliminating in 96. From what i've heard, they just used a block off plate on the old style manifold until they redesigned it. The block off plate should be just around the corner from where the picture shows, an top of the back of the manifold.

I did find the block off plate on the top end, and thanks for the info.

Stock temp, so 195? The last time I checked the codes I believe that was the only code, and the CEL takes a minute or two to come on after I start the truck so i assume it's still the same.

More thread jacking... What did you do with the vacuum lines and exhaust manifold port? On second thought, you whould really consider doing a DIY on this, as many people ask about the delete.
